Hello, my name is Tiana Palmer and I am an AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia) survivor. Although, I did not deal with sickle cell. I can relate to those who had to undergo a BMT. Months before I went to get a BMT I felt very discouraged about it, very nervous and I went to YouTube to see if anyone documented their experience...and there I found @fomajustfoma, her spirit, her energy and her confidence while dealing with sickle cell and days leading up to her getting a BMT gave me confidence and I just knew that if we lived close to each other we would be great friends haha. So I went on to find her on Instagram after watching all of her vlogs on YouTube and there you have it...I FOUND HER❤️ I told her how much of an inspiration she was and how she made me feel confident about the BMT I was about to get in a a couple of months, she responded right away and she gave me advice along the way. I will forever appreciate her for her kind words and advice. We have been following each other ever since! She was like a blessing, still is. Her energy still gives me life! Now I am in remission and I can’t thank her enough for being there along the way of my journey ❤️ Peace & Blessings to you girly! You’re an amazing soul.
