Cellular is our travelling stem cell registry drive and community activation, designed to increase diverse donor representation in Canada. After Edmonton in 2023, Toronto in 2024 and Calgary in 2025, it came to Vancouver on March 6, 2026, at Slate.
The evening opened with networking, hors d’oeuvres and the Canadian Blood Services stem cell registry team, followed by a welcome from our MC, Adeyemi, and a keynote from Reni Odetoyinbo, known to many as Reni the Resource. DJ Chip$ kept the room moving, and The Fun HQ brought its card game to the tables.
A third space where culture, connection and health equity meet.
If you are 17 to 35 and healthy, you can join the stem cell registry any time through Canadian Blood Services. A cheek swab is all it takes.
